Brussels based Maloca records announces new EP by Farsight

Following recent releases on Scuffed Recordings, [Re]sources and WILE OUT, California’s Farsight returns with his vinyl debut on Belgian label Maloca Records. The imprint is a new enterprise helmed by producer and graphic designer Le Motel.

Much of Farsight’s music contains allusions to American styles such as trap and Jersey club whilst equally influenced by the UK’s hardcore continuum and globally emergent styles such as reggaeton and dancehall. All of these soundscapes can be found on his forthcoming release ‘Not Here, But Somewhere’, an EP created surrounded by the forest of San Geronimo Valley and inspired by his exploration of abstract paintings and its relationship to music.

In 2019, Farsight saw support from DJs such as Batu, Moxie, Jossy Mitsu, Fauzia, India Jordan, Yak, and Doctor Jeep to name a few.
